Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. In case you need to modify your delivery address, contact us via our Contact Page as soon as possible; we’ll do our best to update your address before processing begins. Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify the delivery address or redirect the parcel.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns due to hygiene concerns. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. We will accept replacements only if the product you received is incorrect, damaged or expired.

How to request a replacement:

  • Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong or Damaged Item: Please include clear photos of the outer packaging and the defective product.
  • Expired Product: Provide a photo showing the expiration date on the packaging.

Note: We do not accept replacements for change of mind, opened products, or products reported after these timeframes.

How to Initiate a Replacement

  1. Email support@suganda.co with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos showing damage or expiration label
  2. Our team will review your request and, once approved, provide further details.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping ONLY: We currently ship to almost all cities and towns across India.
  • International Shipping: Not available at this time. We hope to expand globally soon!

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours (excluding public holidays).
  • Standard Delivery: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Hotel/Hostel Deliveries: Please allow up to 8 business days for processing, as additional coordination may be required. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries if you’re unavailable.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Availability: COD is offered to most pincodes across India. You can verify if your area is eligible by entering your pincode at checkout.
  • Order Value: COD is available only on orders with a cart value below Rs 4,000.
  • Fee: A flat Rs 50 COD charge applies to every eligible order.

How It Works:

  1. Select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method at checkout.
  2. Pay the order amount (plus the Rs 50 COD fee) in cash to the courier partner when your package arrives.
  3. If your pincode isn’t COD‑eligible, you’ll be prompted to choose an alternative payment method before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing:
    • Your tracking number
    • A link to track your shipment online
    • If your tracking info seems to be missing, please check your spam or promotions folder for emails from support@suganda.co..
