However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase made through our website, we are happy to let you know that you may apply for a refund within 90 days (3 months) of purchase as stated on your invoice/receipt. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of our website, please
contact the retailer purchased from regarding their policy. Shipping fees and Item(s) listed as Final Sale are non-refundable.
The product you wish to return must be in the original bottle and must be a minimum of 50% full. We will not accept a return of more than 3 units of the same item(s) per order. Please send your item(s) that you wish to return to the Suganda warehouse listed below:
We ask you to ensure that a copy of your invoice is included with your shipment or you can mention the ORDER NUMBER clearly on the outside and inside of the shipment. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend saving the shipping receipt for your records. Only items received by our warehouse can be credited. Please confirm the order number, products returned, and return tracking details by submitting them to the Support Team by visiting our contact page under “Returns”. If we cannot locate your order number, we are unable to process the refund.

All Suganda products listed as final sale are not eligible for a refund.
