How to use it everyday ?

Step 1 : Cleanse your face

Step 2 : Add 2 drops of the serum to your moisturiser & apply on dry skin for beginners or sensitive skin.

Experienced users can apply 2-3 drops of the serum on dry skin after face wash and follow up with a moisturiser.

Step 3 : Moisturise.

When to use : Use 3 times a week (PM)

If you feel clogged under the lightest sunscreen, then apply BHA under your sunscreen.
It's a leave-on serum and can also be used 2-3 times a day as a spot treatment.
Acids are not recommended to apply on damp skin.
Not suitable for dry acne prone skin as BHA is drying to the skin. When skin gets dry or when the skin barrier is damaged, Actives don't work as intended. So follow up with a moisturiser or a few drops of Squalane (it is non comedogenic light oil). Also you can increase frequency of use if it doesn't dry your skin and decrease frequency if it dries your skin. Can be used in the morning too if needed.
As it is a product with actives that is completely free of any oils / emollients, it's important to add a few drops of your favorite oil or Squalane (it is non comedogenic). Or follow up with a fatty moisturizer. This is especially important if you have dehydrated oily skin or damaged barrier to avoid any chance of irritation from active ingredients.
Mixing with other acids: If your skin is well tolerant of acids then you can mix. Please note that everyone's skin is different and everyone has different tolerance levels. So, use it based on your skin tolerance levels.

Should I wash my face, 10 minutes after applying BHA serum?

No it is a leave-on serum. There's no need to rinse..

Do I have to apply the serum directly to my face?

Yes, it can be applied directly. If you are a beginner mix it with moisturizer and use.

I have acne-prone combination skin. How do I use Hyaluronic acid & BHA in a routine?

Apply 2 drops of hyaluronic acid serum on damp skin, let it dry & apply 3 drops of BHA serum. Layer it with moisturiser according to your skin type.

I am looking forward to starting skin exfoliating, I have white heads on my nose and slightly open pores on my cheek. Can I use this serum?

If you have oily skin then go with this but if you have combination or dry skin then go with 5% Lactic Acid serum.

I never had much acne problems.. but a year back, I started getting acne on my face. I thought it's just a phase and that it'll get better on its own. But it didn't. Had around 10 acne bumps on my face. I did some research and got to know that salicylic acid helps in reducing bumps and ance. So I bought this product and started using it at night, along with Niacinamide in the morning. I started it once per week, then twice and gradually increased it to everyday. My skin started reacting badly. I thought it was because of purging and continued using, hoping it'll be better after 8 weeks. But it only got worse. My whole face got covered in acne!! Everyone told me that I was ruining my face by using chemical products. But I was pretty sure that I did my research right and continued to use it. My face became so bad that I started getting tiny bumps all over my face with the normal sized acne. But after 6 months, I started seeing changes. It started reducing. I started using the product by the end of June 2021 and by November 2021 I had NO acne but only acne scars. By February 2022 my skin got clear of the scars too!
I used Niacinamide and Aloe gel in the morning, and Salicylic acid and White Lotus Moisturizer at night. Once the ance started reducing I used Vit. C for the scars.
