How to Use:

How to start using Retinoids?
2 Week + 2 Week + 2 Week Plan 
First two weeks - twice a week
Second Two weeks - Alternate Days
Next two weeks - 5-6 days a week 
Granactive seems to be much less irritating than many retinoids but at the same time effective

How to layer it up with other products?
Wash your face, apply moisturiser, then apply retinoid. You can layer it with Niacinamide or Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Antioxidant Serum)
Don't use acids at the same time/day as Retinoids. You can use alternate days. If you are experienced users then give a gap of 15 min between an acid and Retinoid.

What's the right age to start using retinoids?
If you have acne issues you can start in teens, else you can start in late 20s
There is no harm starting retinoids early.

Carotenoids

Carotenoids help fight free radical damage, which can contribute to premature aging and skin damage.

Granactive retinoid

It stimulates collagen production and cell turnover, leading to smoother and firmer skin.
